Career Description

A graphic designer in the graphic arts industry is someone who assembles together images, typography, or motion graphs to create a piece of design. Their is significant portions of the population that works in this field. About 286,000 people and over work as graphic designers. The Graphic design Industry has had a predicted growth rate of 13% up to 2018, but is not the lowest percentage as you can see on the chart. Architectual and civil drafters has had only a growth rate of 9%. The biggest growth rate up to 2018 is being a web designer which correlates to a grahpic designer.

Conditions a Graphic Designer should or most likely will follow:

  1. 1."You meet with your client or director and determine the aspects up the project or task that's given at hand."
  2. 2. "To create designs, you need to use digtial illustartion, and have a photo editing and layout softwares."
  3. 3. "Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that sends out a meaningful message out to the viewer."
  4. 4. "You design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use."
  5. 5. "You present design concepts to clients or art directors."
  6. 6. "Incorporate change sthat are recommended by clients or art directors into final designs."
  7. 7. "Finally, review designs that may or may not have errors within, before you even try to publish your work."

As a Graphic Designer, not only is the scenery a big part of the job, but word and text goes along as well. However, designers don't choose what the page is about normally.
